Start with the portion that fits your day: Plant Based, Lil Bite, Normal, Arnie or Beast. Each size sets how many proteins and supplements go in the box.
Step 2
Choose the foundation of your meal, from pasta and brown rice to quinoa or a bed of greens.
Step 3
Grilled chicken thigh, beef, tofu or tempeh, cooked in our own kitchen on the day you eat it.
Step 4
Add three sides, from grilled courgette and cherry tomatoes to mozzarella and curried cauliflower.
Step 5
Finish the box with a topping such as grated cheese, seeds or crispy onion.

Pick the dressing that ties it together, from pesto to piri-piri. Every ingredient lists its calories, protein, carbs and fat, so you know the macros of the meal you just built.
